Wii fanboys may have another reason to celebrate as Nintendo has a new music-rhythm game called the Helix and helps you exercise with fervor. You could use the Wii Remoteâ„¢ controller and make a number of cool moves that you couldn’t earlier. The graphics are awesome and you can replay 26 songs and the game has 3 difficulty levels. The game helps you exercise better and you can challenge yourself to unlock all the songs. Now about the two console games that are offered along with Helix are pretty cool too. The Ys Book I & II is a mild fantasy violence game, which is about a swordsman’s quest to unlock the secrets of an ancient kingdom. The Samurai Showdown 2 has been rated T for teen and follows the 15 samurai from the previous version in their individual quests. It seems like the Wii fanboys will have a great time with this new offer.

Microsoft has partner with activist group, Rock The Vote, to allow Xbox Live users to register to vote in the upcoming U.S. Presidential Elections in November 2008. They have entered into this agreement with the overall strategy to encourage younger citizens to become more aware of what takes place in the political environment and also give them the chance to elect someone who they think will represent them well. The partnership will also allow for Xbox 360 owners to cast their votes in opinion polls, which could give a better idea as to which presidential party is gaining more support. There will also be discussion boards where Xbox Live members can voice their opinions about current political happenings. Microsoft is also doing their part to publicize the system by going to actual Democratic and Republican conventions, with the aim of making the politicians aware of the new system. Well, it may be good news for Xbox 360 GTA 4 fans because a rumor has come about that an additional 15 hours worth of gameplay time will come with the first downloadable content package. This rumor surfaced at RPG-TV but Microsoft is being very tight lipped about the whole situation. Some other small rumors include the talk of an updated look, game install support and Netflix Streaming. The only confirmed point so far is the fact that the DLC will be made available for download in the late fall of 2008.

So, what could this 15 extra gameplay hours have in store for us? Well, no one really knows yet but there are hopes that there might either be a new gang, additional islands, more cars, weapons and soundtracks among other things. The only thing we can do now is wait on time, and hope that more factual information arises in the future.
