Is Voodoo making a come back? It appears so because we’ve just found information that tells us they are releasing a machine, high tech, good looking, to just their current customers later this year. The tower includes a 800 x 480 display to feature more information about the machine and what is going on. The specs are pretty good as well with a water cooling loop cooling down up to 16 cores inside. It also has 3.2GHz Core 2 Extreme QX9770 processors, 8GB of 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM all which support the next-gen hardware from ADI and NVIDIA. But with this great of a system comes a price, a pretty hefty price of 7,000 USD.
Even though this machine is awesome looking and high-powered, it seems kind of silly to buy a machine that costs that much. But of course, I can’t buy one because I’m not a Voodoo customer, but it still wouldn’t make sense to me if I could. They even made the whole thing out of wood, aluminum, glass, and leather. It gives it that slick exterior that makes a lot of machines look like horse manure.
Even though, if I had a machine like this I would have room to brag because this is going to be one of the top-of-the-line computers this year.
