Star Ocean 4 is one of those games that we all seem to find time for in our spare time. Recently, it was announced at the Japan Premiere that Star Ocean 4 would be coming out for Xbox and (possibly) not the PS3. In past games, Star Ocean was nearly exclusive to the PlayStation but lately the Japanese RPG brands seem to be moving more and more towards the Xbox.

The new Star Ocean will be taking place a few hundred years before the original Star Ocean. This game will be moving more and more towards a sci-fi theme. Even though this is the case, I’m looking for a tiny bit better storyline than the one before because frankly I was left disappointed. I didn’t like the ending but that’s just me.

I think the game will bode well with the 360 because there seems to be a lot more solid fanbase with the Xbox than the PS3. A lot of people have switched consoles and seem to be going with the Xbox. Both have their pros and cons, but I’m a PS3 fan. Sad the PS3 is losing games, but with the way Sony handles stuff that’s the way it has to be I guess. Check the video after the jump.
